Charles Darwin

Charles Robert Darwin was born February 12 1809.  He was named after his uncle Charles also his dad (Robert).  Darwin lived in Shropshire England. Darwin attended grammar school when he was 8 years old.  He was always a boy to invent crazy wild stories, Darwin was also very athletic and tried to show off his skills.  Susannah Charles mother died  July 15 1817, Darwin was only eight.  In 1822 Darwin and his brother Erasmus made a chemistry lab in there garden green house. He was very interested  in chemistry.  Erasmus went off to study medicine Christ's college, Cambridge university.  Darwin's father removed him from Shrewsbury  school because of his bad grades.  All Charles cared for was shooting birds, playing with dogs and killing rats. His father told him that if he continued on like that he would be a disgrace to himself and his family. 

Charles Darwin had many accomplishments but only a few major ones.  Darwin wrote 25 books  and published a lot more papers on the topics of Naturalism, Natural selection, Pollination, Mutation of species, Fossils and the recording of fauna.  Darwin's most popular accomplishment is his survey of the wildlife. On april 25th 1832 Charles darwin returned to Rio with a collection of Plants and insects.
