Madame Curie was born in Warsaw Poland, and went to school where she studied in Physics and Chemistry. She was the first woman to win the Nobel Prize, she won it in Physics in 1903 with her husband peirre curie and in 1911 she won the chemistry nobel prize. she conducted research on radioactivity. she discovered two elements one called radium.
